Europa League 2022-23 Manchester United v Sevilla: Live Stream, Where and How to Watch?

Manchester United will host Sevilla at Old Trafford for the Europa League Quarter Finals first leg. Manchester United have had a successful first season under Erik Ten Hag, but Sevilla has been struggling domestically. The Red Devils finished second in their Europa League group and defeated Spanish sides FC Barcelona and Real Betis to reach the Quarter-Finals. Sevilla originally qualified for the Champions League but finished third in their group. The Palanganas defeated PSV and Fenerbahce to reach the final eight.

Sevilla sit at 13th in the league this season and their only chance of grabbing any silverware this season is by winning the Europa League. The Spanish side is on their third manager of the campaign. Sevilla sacked their manager of three years, Julien Lopetegui three months into the campaign. The Palanganas then appointed former manager Jorge Sampaoli to steady the boat for the remainder of the campaign. However, the Argentine was dismissed in March and was replaced by José Luis Mendilibar.

Manchester United have already won the EFL Cup with a 2-0 victory over Newcastle United earlier this season. The English club are still in contention for the FA Cup as well, having reached the Semi-Finals of the oldest cup competition in the world. The Red Devils sit in the fourth position in the league, three points above fifth-placed Tottenham Hotspurs with a game in hand.

Donny Van De Beek and Alejandro Garnacho will also miss out, while Luke Shaw remains a doubt for the fixture. A point of interest is that Manchester United loanee, Alex Telles is in contention to face his parent club for the game.
