Spanish side Sevilla have suffered in recent matches as they struggle in their potential future. After struggling to win their La Liga fixture against FC Barcelona, they have also drawn against Dutch side PSV Eindhoven in the Champions League.
Veteran defender Sergio Ramos joked about scoring his first goal for Sevilla against Barcelona. He did so only for it to be his own goal and cost his team the match in an unfortunate result for the club.
With Sevilla now falling to the third place in their Champions League group, fans on social media have not spared the club. They looked solid against PSV in the 2-2 fixture but failed to get the winning goal.
The club will compete again if they maintain their third place. This will warn clubs like Liverpool and Marseille, who eye European League victories, to consider their season successful.
