Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti made five changes to the side that lost in El Clasico two weeks ago. And a different tactic was also utilized by the Italian. It was vintage Real Madrid on Sunday afternoon. Their performance ensured an excellent preparation for Wednesday night’s El Clasico showdown at Spotify Camp Nou.

Fans seemed to have a mixed reaction to Hazard’s appearance after days. Many greeted his on-field presence with joy and thought it to be a positive side for both parties. Others thought his absence for such a long period was unacceptable. A few also blamed the Italian coach for the poor form of the player.
