Barcelona striker Robert Lewandowski in distress during match against Almeria

After suffering a loss against Manchester United in the Europa League last Thursday, Barcelona lost yet another game- this time against Almeria in La Liga on Sunday. Playing away from home, Barcelona failed to score even a single goal in their contest against 19th-placed Almeria, and as a result, lost 1-0 when the full-time whistle was blown.

Almeria’s El Bilal Toure was the sole scorer of the match, who scored in the 24th minute. At last, his goal became the only goal of the match as despite keeping 72% possession throughout the match, Barcelona failed to net the ball even once. Robert Lewandowski, Ferran Torres, and even Raphinha looked out of touch and thus, the Catalans failed to convert most of the scoring chances.
