Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane, on Thursday, faced a fiery challenge when he appeared on the popular YouTube show called Hot Ones. During the interview, Kane took on the difficult task of eating the infamous ‘Wings of Death.’ It nearly brought him to tears. The striker bravely sampled a range of chicken wings mixed in various hot sauces.
He said, “I’m not great it’s not normally I normally have a lot [of spicy food] so I’m interested to see how I get on today.” As the interview progressed, Kane’s reactions were evident, with visible discomfort and the need to gulp down milk to alleviate the intense heat. Particularly, he found it hard with wings coated in the hot ‘Da’Bomb’ sauce, saying things like- “I feel like I can’t feel anything” and “It just burns everything in your mouth!”
It was a tough experience for the England star, pushing him out of his culinary comfort zone. The spiciness of the sauce left Kane speechless, and throughout the interview, he found himself needing moments to gather his composure. The overwhelming heat of the wings made it challenging for him to respond to the questions, causing him to struggle at times. He admitted at the end that the sauce was the spiciest thing he ever had.
Throughout the interview, Kane took time to reflect on his professional career, sharing insights and thoughts. However, he remained relatively tight-lipped when it came to discussing his potential departure from Tottenham Hotspur during the upcoming summer transfer window.
