Bruno Fernandes, The Portuguese midfielder was seen pleading with his Old Trafford teammates to leave the cameras and get to the practice field.

The Portuguese international was overheard urging his Manchester United teammates Fred and Alex Telles to “record my d*ck” after their arrival at practice was delayed due to television work. Bruno Fernandes has high expectations for both himself and those around him.

According to reports, the event was captured on tape as part of a documentary produced by Brazilian defender Telles in collaboration with the O Club Football advertising firm and chronicling “A day in the life” of professional football players.

As big a role in that tape as he did, Fernandes was not intended to play, but the 27-year-old midfielder could not help but poke fun at his South American teammates as they were momentarily diverted on their approach to United‘s Carrington headquarters.

The video went popular after being shared on social media, however, it was obviously taken in the past because Fred and Telles are dressed for the chilly Manchester weather.

Fernandes can be heard shouting at his teammates in the video, “Stop being such ballers!” You are here to play football, not to film it, he continues. “Film my d*ck,” the Portuguese then commands the camera team. “Chill down you f*cker,” remark Fred and Telles in response.

Although the conversation may be viewed as harmless banter between friends who use the same dressing room, many people on social media interpreted it as another demonstration of Fernandes’ leadership abilities.

Since moving to Old Trafford in the 2020 January transfer window, he has occasionally worn the United captain’s armband. Going ahead, he could have that position on a more permanent basis; Harry Maguire’s future in the position is being debated.

Along with other failing teammates, Fernandes had a difficult 2021–22 season, which resulted in a decline in his production to 10 goals and 13 assists over 46 games.

However, he has excelled for the Red Devils since joining from Sporting, finding the back of the net 28 times and setting up another 19 shots for teammates during the 2020–21 campaign.
