Harry Redknapp claimed that Harry Kane would not leave Tottenham Hotspur to join Bayern Munich this summer. Speaking on BBC Radio Wales, the former Tottenham manager claimed that the English striker won’t move to the German giants this season.
He said, “[Harry Kane] is certain to stay at Tottenham. I think he is building a new house.” The former manager who led Tottenham to their last trophy said that his family is the most important thing to the player and he wouldn’t take them to Germany.
“He’s not going to want to go to Germany, he’s not taking his family over there, not a chance. So if he stays here, unless you go to Manchester City, you’re not guaranteed to win anything,” he claimed. He also said that there’s not much scope in leaving Tottenham right now.
“You could go to Manchester United and not win anything. You can go to Chelsea or anywhere else you want to go. At the moment, City are winning everything. They’re on a different level – but City don’t need him. They’ve got Erling Haaland up front and there’s not a spot for Kane any more. There’s not a move for him really so I think he’ll stay at Tottenham, I really do.” Harry Redknapp does represent a section of Spurs fans who think the same and are hoping that Kane stays put in their club.
Harry Kane agrees personal terms with Bayern Munich

According to BILD journalist Christian Falk, Bayern Munich have reached an agreement on personal terms for Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane for a move this summer. The club must now agree a deal with his current club to complete the move.
The participation of Kane’s family members, particularly his brother and father helped the process. They have been instrumental in the ongoing talks, actively assisting in the negotiations and helping to reach an agreement between the player and Bayern Munich.
If Harry Kane joins the Bavarian side it would be tremendous for the team as it would add much more attacking prowess to an already formidable side. It could also mean Alan Shearer’s record of most goals scored in the Premier League will remain safe for now. This would mean the former striker can breathe a sigh of relief.
