Genoa FC partner up with pop sensation Rita Ora to release STUNNING golden anniversary kit

Serie A club Genoa FC marked their glorious 130 years in 2023. The internet is now witness to a beautiful ‘gift’ from the club as 2023 comes a close. The Serie A club have released a beautiful golden kit that had been in the works for the past 3 months. As the club gets ready to debut its anniversary jersey, their partnership with British singer and songwriter Rita Ora has taken the football community by surprise.

A recent post by Genoa features the pop sensation Rita Ora sporting the club’s golden kit. The kit in itself is predominantly golden, with the sleeves featuring its primary colors of blue and red. The sleeves also feature the Kappa logo on either side. It has ‘130’ written under the crest to commemorate its anniversary celebrations. The club is set to debut the kit in the all-important clash against 30th December.

Genoa are currently 13th in Serie A and are enduring a poor run of form. They have managed to win just one of their last 6 games and will now face Inter Milan at the Luigi Ferraris Stadium.

Inter, however, are top of the table and are in excellent form. The club has lost just one of their last 10 games in Serie A.

Genoa look to topple Inter Milan as club debut 130th anniversary jersey

Genoa, the side currently 13th in Serie A have been largely inconsistent this season. The club managed by Alberto Gilardino most recently picked up a win against Sassuolo on Friday. As they look to gain some much-needed momentum this season, they face the daunting task of Inter Milan on Saturday. Last season’s Champions League finalists, however, will be confident of a win against the side in 13th.

Inter are cruising the league, with their most recent game ending 2-0 against Lecce. The club’s only loss in their last 10 games came against Bologna, as they came second best to 4th place Bologna. As for their head-to-head record, Inter have won 22 of the last 33 games. Even though an Inter win is likely, Genoa are a tough side to overcome at home. The club has managed to secure 20 draws against the table toppers in previous encounters.

As the race for top spot in Serie A heats up, Inter will go all in to secure the three points. Juventus are close behind with 40 points and be within touching distance of Inter with a win against Roma on the 31st. Inter forwards Lautaro Martìnez and Marcus Thuram are in stellar form, with the former netting 15 goals and 2 assists in 16 games in the league.
