Spanish defender Gerard Pique and Shakira recently split up from a relationship of more than 10 years. Now both are often found to take cheeky digs and aim at one another whenever they get a chance. But it wasn’t the same always. Earlier the couple used to reportedly be in deeply in love with one another. There was once an incident back in 2017 when Pique was reportedly jealous of singer MALUMA’s relationship with Shakira.
According to journalist Jordi Martí, that situation would have occurred in 2017, when Maluma and Shakira were working on a song called ‘Clandestino’. As Martí said, the ex-husband of the Colombian would have arrived at the place where the video clip of the song would be recorded, supposedly, to verify that everything was in order.
Talking about the incident, Marti said, “I bring you exclusively some photos that I was able to take in March 2017. What happened on that shoot? The recording began around 8:00 in the afternoon and, to everyone’s surprise, around 3:00 in the morning Piqué appeared without telling anyone in advance. Many were the rumors at that time that said that Shakira and Maluma there could be an intimate encounter. Gerard with the fly in his ear showed up at the shoot without warning to see what was happening between the two artists. The result of jealousy appeared in the recording”.
Marti then concluded, she said, “I never saw anything between the two of them. What I saw was a great friendship and a great complicity between two artists who love and admire each other. I always denied those rumors about their supposed romance, because Shakira was completely in love with the footballer “.

Clara Chia Marti and Gerard Pique are reportedly on vacation. Reports claim the two took a trip to a remote location in the Middle East after Shakira’s departure. And they were also celebrating Clara’s 24th birthday.
The news was shared on the podcast “Mamarazzis”. The podcast explained that the couple would have absolute privacy. Clara Chia and Pique were located someplace that was difficult to reach for the paparazzi. And even for the members of the media.
It’s reportedly not known how long the couple would reportedly stay in the Middle East. But it’s assumed not to be more than a couple of weeks. As previously reported, Pique is expected in Miami at the end of the month to visit his kids and spend 10 days with them. The trip is also an opportunity for his and Shakira’s lawyers to meet up and resolve various issues regarding the children’s finances. This includes splitting the cost of their extracurricular activities, and more.
