Gerard Piqué’s dad has decided to assist the pair in making amends and putting their issues behind them. For the sake of their grandkids Sasha and Milan, they must come together once more as a family.
People claim that the footballer’s parents, Montserrat Bernabeu and Joan Piqué, have spoken with the Colombian to try to make peace, and even the defender’s father has made it clear to him that he would only accept his daughter-in-law.
Pique, a star for Barcelona, and Shakira, a pop icon, recently called it quits on their 12-year romance. There are additional issues they must resolve even if they are not required to go through a divorce.
The most difficult challenge they will face throughout their separation is the custody dispute over their two children, Sasha, 7, and Milan, 9. The pop star wants to take the children to Miami, her parents’ home. The Barcelona defender is vehemently opposed to the notion.

Pique’s father has told him that he won’t even consider bringing the lady he is roaming the streets of Barcelona with because he doesn’t tolerate it, which is why Piqué and Shakira’s parents want to see them together.
The same report noted that William Mebarak, Shakira’s father, made contributions despite his deteriorating health because he wants the pair to get back together so they won’t have to battle over who gets custody of their two kids and one of them separating from the child who is still a minor.
According to Marca’s report, the in-laws are not pleased with the situation and appear to be concerned about the effects the custody dispute may have on the young boys. According to reports, Pique’s parents and Shakira’s parents both want the situation to be resolved. They apparently opted against going out with the center back’s new love interest because they want the couple to reconcile.
The power couple is now in discussions, and it is said that both sets of parents are also taking part. The Spaniard cannot afford to let up given how busy Barcelona has been recently in the transfer market. The 35-year-old might end up suffering quite a bit from even the smallest misstep.
