German Minister spotted wearing ‘OneLove Armband’ during 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar while sitting next to Gianni Infantino

It was a fixture to forget for the Gerrman fans after they were the European heavyweights were well beaten by Japan in their opening fixture of the 2022 FIFA World Cup. Although, that wasn’t the first time the Germans faced disappointment after they landed in Qatar.
The German national team was denied to wear the “OneLove” armband in their first match of the FIFA World Cup. As a result, the players protested against these strict rules and regimes by covering their faces with their hands in the group picture.
Nancy Fraser, Germany’s Interior Minister, joined the protests by wearing the OneLove armband as she watched the FIFA World Cup match from the stands. Interestingly, Nancy was spotted sitting right next to Giannis Infantino all the time.
The German national team entered the stadium as the favorites to win the game but was outclassed by the Asian side. Hansi Flick was well beaten by the opposition and could not produce the results he would have wished for.

2022 FIFA World Cup Germany vs Japan: An Overview
Things never looked comfortable for Germany even after Gundogan’s first-half penalty which gave the heavyweights a short-term lead. Japan once again stunned the world after an astonishing comeback against European giants Germany.
Probably the most entertaining game of this tournament so far, Japan taught a valuable lesson to Hansi Flick and his men to never count out Asian teams in the World Cup.
Both of these teams are yet to face Spain and Costa Rica in the group stages. Spain will take on Costa Rica today hoping to clench all 3 points to take the leverage over European rivals Germany.
