With the massive issue of the separation of the two big celebrities Gerard Pique and Shakira, it seems like things are going back and forth for both of them in terms of good news and bad news. Recently Spanish media revealed that the Colombian singer might end up in jail for 8 long years following a tax evasion case.

The claim on the singer was that she didn’t mention her earnings and salaries during the period of 2012-2014, 183 days according to the authorities. Claiming that she was residing in the Bahamas at that time and the earnings belonged there only which amounted to €14.5m approximately $90m.

The singer somewhat seems to lose alibi as her own maid denied her statements saying that She and Pique lived in the house in Saint from 2010-2012 only. However, the singer might walk away from the allegations as well as she was spotted walking out of the prosecutor’s office with a smile.

There was no attempted need for the celebrities to go on a trial following their own breakup that was caused by the Barcelona star’s controversial infidelity which has spread like a fire. But, the need for the legal battle started as soon as the concern for the children came aboard.

The once famous couple had decided to fight it legally as Shakira was alone taking care of her children amidst rumors of the player stopped providing daily needs for the ends to meet. Children are something that is the most important part of one’s life and so are Milan and Sasha in the ex-couple’s life.

After the claims by legal professionals that the battle could fall into the player’s lap as the children have grown up in Spain, the ex-couple seems to have decided to have a pact or an agreement of 15 days each custody which would eliminate the trial procedures.
