“I am happy if he brings me with him”- Ajax striker Brian Brobbey humorously reacts to Erik ten Hag’s move to Manchester United

According to reports, Manchester United head coach Eric Ten Hag’s old student from Ajax, Brian Brobbey, funnily reacted to his boss’ move to Old Trafford and pleaded if he could join his coach someday.

Brian Brobbey joked in an interview and laughed after saying that he would be very happy for his boss if he includes Brobbey in his team at Old Trafford. Erik ten Hag is currently appointed as the head coach of Manchester United and would join the team during the pre-season. 

The 20-year-old striker, Brain Brobbey, joined Ajax from RB Leipzig and has managed to score four goals in seven appearances for Ten Hag’s side. Ten Hag’s side is looking to win the Dutch League which is his third title for Ajax as they are top of the table four points ahead. After Brian’s humorous attitude, everybody in the conference room joined him to laugh at his joke about Ten Hag’s move.

“I am very happy for him and he really deserves it after everything he has done for Ajax. If only he brings me with him in two years…. no, no… joking, joking!” said Brobbey.

The Portuguese international gave some hope to the Red Devils’ fans but couldn’t pull the team alone to any glory. They are now non the verge of missing out on the champions league season as they dropped to the sixth place in the league. 

Eric ten Hag will look to make required changes in the squad and will see many players leaving the club after this season. He has some players on his list that he would like to see in his team after he takes the charge of the team from Rangnick.
