“I loved it always”- Jurgen Klopp on the Champions League anthem ahead of the Liverpool v Real Madrid clash

Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp spoke about the famous UEFA Champions League anthem. He said that he loved it from the very first moment he heard it and it has always been with him.

Just like the “You’ll Never Walk Alone” team song of Liverpool, and the team songs of his previous clubs Dortmund and Mainz, The German says the champions league anthem will also stay with him.

He stated that this song gives the sense of uniformity. He mentioned that the champions league anthem has always been very special and equally motivating.

The German manager, Klopp, spoke about the champions league anthem ahead of the final clash against Real Madrid. Liverpool led by Klopp play Real Madrid in the finals at the Parc de Princes tonight. The match is a rematch of the 2018 UCL final which the Merseyside team lost.

The Reds will be having revenge in mind against los Blancos. Liverpool winger Mohamed Salah has stated that he wants revenge and he has a score to settle against Carlo Ancelotti’s men.

On the other hand Real Madrid will be highly optimistic to secure their fourteenth UEFA Champions League title tonight beating Liverpool again. 

Liverpool just lost the premier league title by a point against Manchester City last weekend. That had effectively ended Liverpool’s dream of winning the quadruple. But the Reds will be looking to end the season with the Champions League title under their belt after already winning the FA Cup and the Carabao Cup.

The whole world will be watching tonight’s epic clash of the titans at Paris as the competition’s two most successful sides lock horns.
