Spanish tennis player Carlos Alcaraz who currently holds the top spot in the Tennis rankings announced his desire to play a match with his compatriot Rafael Nadal currently third in world rankings at the Santiago Bernabeu stadium.
“I would love to play at the Santiago Bernabeu with Rafael Nadal, but I think the Raf-Federer sign is more relevant now. I hope someday I will be offered something like this, and I will be delighted. By the way, I always wanted to meet with Roger”, — quotes the words of Alcaraz Marca.
Carlos Alcaraz won the US Open by beating Norwegian tennis player Kasper Ruud in the final. For the Spaniard, this victory was the first in the Grand Slam tournaments. He received the title of the first racket of the world at the end of the US Open.
Rafa Nadal and Carlos Alcaraz enjoyed Real Madrid’s victory and the clinching of the club’s 35th league title at the Santiago Bernabéu last season.
