Inter Milan ultras strictly rule against signing Romelu Lukaku this summer after his rumored move to Juventus

Inter Milan fans certainly feel betrayed by Romelu Lukaku. Earlier, the striker was in negotiations with Juventus, while playing for Inter Milan. As of now, Inter management has pulled out of any negotiations for Lukaku and it seems like the club and fans, especially the ultras, have completely cut ties with the Belgian.
Lukaku was bashed by the Inter’s Ultra group, Curva Nord. The group took to Twitter to express their sentiments. They wrote, “Those who betray you once will always do it again.” The Curva Nord emphasized the fact that the supporters stood by Lukaku as he was being mocked by rival fans, even those of Juventus. The group also defended racist chants against the striker and stood by faithfully to him. However, the group is now strongly opposing the striker after his betrayal.
The Nord continued their message and further said, “And now you repay us by stabbing us in the back like this, a betrayal worthy of Brutus. You kissed the badge that for us, is worth more than our own lives, and now here you are selling yourself to the highest bidder like a vile mercenary. Before you can become a truly great player, you have to be a man. And you are not a real man. Goodbye, you villainous traitor.” It is safe to say that Lukaku has soured the support of Inter’s fans.
Romelu Lukaku has soured his relations with Inter’s management as well. His parent club Chelsea also has cut ties with the player and thus are eager to sell him. Lukaku’s next club remains unknown as the star trains alone in London, with the rest of the Chelsea squad on tour.
Juventus fans protest Romelu Lukaku’s transfer
Romelu Lukaku is set to move away from Chelsea this summer. The 30-year-old striker was initially in talks with Inter, but the deal collapsed after his negotiations with Juventus were revealed. Lukaku went behind Inter’s back to negotiate with Juventus.
And now it seems even Juventus’ fans are not pleased with Lukaku’s arrival. A section of Juventus fans protested the club’s decision of signing the striker. Fans gathered outside Juventus’ medical center and chanted: ‘We don’t want Lukaku.’
Although Juve remains in negotiations for the forward, their priority is to sell current striker Dusan Vlahovic. Reports suggest that if the club fail to find a buyer for Vlahovic, they shall not pursue the deal with Lukaku. As the summer window inches towards closure, Romelu Lukaku’s future grows more uncertain.
