All these stats suggest that without possession, Casemiro almost works like a third central defender who roams across the pitch.
With the ball in his feet, Casemiro makes more than 60 passes per game. Since joining the English giants, Casemiro has made 133 progressive passes, almost 5 per 90 minutes. This makes him a perfect regista or a conductor who works as a metronome to control the tempo of the game.
Casmiro has already played Liverpool four times during his time in Madrid and he has never lost, winning three of them. Manchester United will like the player to keep his record intact after the game on Sunday.
