Nottingham Forest set to snatch Jesse Lingard from West Ham

David Moyes is one of the biggest fans of Jesse Lingard. The England international enjoyed a resurgent half-season with the manager when he joined West Ham on a 6-month loan deal back in 2021.

In that period, Jesse Lingard managed 9 goals and 4 assists in 16 Premier League appearances for the Hammers. He was so good that West Ham was ready to sign him permanently but couldn’t agree on a fee with Manchester United.

Now that the player is available for free, West Ham could lose him to newly promoted Nottingham Forest as they look to strengthen their squad. Lingard himself has multiple options to choose from.
