Who knew the Manchester United City content team was so good at making hilarious videos? In a recent post on all social media handles, Manchester City announced their US Tour in peak fashion. The Cityzens brought in WWE superstar John Cena in a viral collaboration with Erling Haaland! In one of the most unexpected collabs of the year, John Cena and Haaland combined to create a hilarious promo of the clubs US Tour.

The hilarious video was released to promote Manchester City‘s 2024/25 pre-season tour in the United States. It will feature a set of 4 games across the US, and will visit New York, Chapel Hill, Columbus and many more. What’s more exciting than the tour itself is the promotional clip, in which John Cena video calls Haaland. Cena’s camera was not turned on, forcing him to repeat his’ iconic phrase – “You can’t see me?”.

Cena was dressed in a City jersey and wore a wig that emulated Haaland. He was drinking milk, which was yet another reference to how Haaland drinks milk for energy. As the camera accidentally turned on, Haaland frowns at the way Cena is dressed before him.

He asked him to stop doing this and gave a stern look at the camera. Cena awkwardly slid underneath the table and out of view as the clip ended, with fans laughing their hearts out in the comments.

Huge injury scare for Man City as Erling Haaland limps off ground in training

International breaks are no man’s land when it comes to picking up injuries at the end of the season. As clubs near the business end of their campaigns, the increasing uncertainty of players returning from the international break without injuries is something that raises concern. The Cityzens are currently third in the Premier League and face Arsenal at the Etihad at the end of the month. Following yesterday’s incident, Cityzens are fingers crossed to hear that Haaland is uninjured and will be fit to face Arsenal. Norway’s upcoming fixtures see them take on Czechia and Slovakia in the space of four days. The forward’s importance to Pep Guardiola‘s line-up cannot be understated and with 18 goals and 5 assists in 23 games, the numbers speak for themselves.

With just ten more games to go, every single point counts. The defending champions will have to muster something special while also having their own share of luck if they are to claim the Premier League title this season as well. With Jurgen Klopp leaving at the end of the season and Mikel Arteta‘s men more rejuvenated than ever, the title race will boil down to the finest of margins come 19th May.
