In what has become the most prominent transfer of this summer, English midfielder Jude Bellingham’s signing for Real Madrid from the Bundesliga competitor, Borrusia Dortmund, has captured the attention of football fans worldwide. As anticipation builds around his arrival at the iconic Spanish club, Bellingham recently revealed the encouraging wishes he received from none other than former Real Madrid legend, David Beckham, via a text message.
During an interview, Bellingham expressed his gratitude for Beckham’s message, wishing him the best in his new adventure at Los Blancos. The young talent acknowledged the abundance of external opinions from his fans and advice that come with the move.
When asked about his progress in learning Spanish after joining Real Madrid and any text he received from Beckham, Jude Bellingham casually replied, “I’ve got it on my phone and I’ve been doing pretty well. I’ve been taking it seriously for about nine days now, and it’s starting to come more naturally than I expected. It’s definitely easier than learning German, that’s for sure. I actually studied Spanish in school until year 9, so looking back, I wish I had continued with it.”

Real Madrid has some fun matches lined up this summer against AC Milan, Manchester United, Barcelona, and Juventus as part of their USA tour. He will join up with his teammates on their USA tour before July 19 at Valdebebas.
Further, their La Liga campaign for 2023-24 starts on August 13 against Athletic Club. Bellingham, during his press conference, stated that he’s ‘chill’ and not feeling any jitters before his debut for Real.
The English star made it clear that he intends to learn from experienced footballers, valuing their insights and aiming to connect with them in the future for career guidance. He seeks guidance on adapting to his new lifestyle in Spain and meeting the demands of playing for Real Madrid. The talented midfielder is determined to make the most of his new chapter at the club.
