“Football is for everyone and belongs to no one,” Barcelona Superstar Jules Kounde stands up for a female football Youtuber who suffered online harassment
Jules Kounde is in red-hot form since returning to Spain after the World Cup final loss to Argentina with France.

Jules Kounde and Shérine
Jules Kounde has been one of the productive signings Barcelona made recently. The Frenchman’s introduction to the Catalan backline has made them one of the best defensive units in the world. Kounde has already established himself in Camp Nou and has already grown into a fan favorite. The No:23 has again shown his class, this time off the pitch, by voicing his support for a female football content creator who suffered online abuse.
Shérine, an FCB fan who makes online video content on Barcelona, took to Twitter to address the online abuse she has been getting from individuals who despise her for being a woman. She encouraged female influencers like her to have the courage to continue doing what they love.
“I had the courage to do it, the video of the quarter of my Harassment is online on my Ytb channel: Shérine FCB. Know that talking about football while being a woman is totally normal, you will never be alone,” She Tweeted and shared a link to the ill-intended messages she had been getting online.
Kunde replied to the Tweet, appreciating Shérine’s courage and reminding fans that football is for everyone. He Tweeted, “You are very brave. Keep expressing yourself on what you love, and don’t let anything or anyone make you believe that because you’re a girl, your voice would be less legitimate. Football is for everyone and belongs to no one,”.
“Thank you very much, Jules it’s really nice, I will continue to talk about my passion for this club that we love so much,” Shérine replied to the defender, thanking them for the support. She also received supporting messages from other renowned football media personalities as well.

Jules Kounde recently apologized for an exaggerated celebration against his former club Sevilla

Kounde joined Barcelona from Sevilla last summer for £46 Million. He played a big role in Bracelona’s 3-0 win against the Club in La Liga. Kounde didn’t hesitate to celebrate the Catalan’s opener by Jordi Alba. Kounde took to Twitter after the game to apologize to the fans who adored him and witnessed his growth into a world-class talent.
He Tweeted, “I was always grateful for the opportunity to wear the red and white jersey and for the love I received during my time there. That is why I wanted to apologize for the goal celebration, which, in a moment of euphoria, was exaggerated on my part. I wish you the best, always,”.
