Karim Benzema, the world-renowned footballer, has expressed his sheer support and solidarity with the victims of the Gaza bombing by Israel. Benzema is vividly known for his love and respect for his religion and the Muslim community. Being a public figure, Karim voiced his opinion well wishes to the residents of Gaza, speaking out against war crimes and violence.
The Israel- Palestine war conflict has escalated very rapidly with unjust bombings targeting women and children. In his social media post, Karim Benzema wrote the message to extend his prayers and support in a time of dire attention. The message says, “All our prayers for the inhabitants of Gaza, victims once again of these unjust bombings which spare neither women nor children.”

Karim Benzema is keen on Saudi Arabia’s football scene to grow
In a recent statement, Karim Benzema revealed his long-time desire to play at a Saudi club. Benzema is currently playing at Al-Ittihad followed by a spectacular tenure at Real Madrid. Benzema also stressed that he has been enjoying his start of the season with Al-Ittihad and is looking forward to a bright future for Saudi Arabian footballing scenario.

Benzema said, “For a really long time even before football, I always wanted to come here,” he told the league’s media. “Also, it’s a Muslim country. Straight away I felt this love for me. On and off the pitch I feel good. This country welcomed me with open arms. I feel the love of the people here so obviously that makes me happy.”
He added, “I really want to help Saudi football grow. [Al-Ittihad] was a project that was just starting to burst from everywhere so from my side I wanted to be part of the story. That’s the reason why I came here.”
The 35-year-old Ballon d’Or winner has signed a three-year contract with a hefty salary of 100 million euros per season. His sheer earring has put the French sensation in the 5th position for the Forbes Highest Paid Athletes in 2023. Fans and supporters are keenly awaiting more special performances at Al-Ittihad from Benzema as they expect the ongoing season to be transformative.
