Kylian Mbappe made headlines yet again in France’s demolition of 198th-ranked Gibraltar. Les Blues showed no mercy to their opposition in a 14-0 thumping at the Allianz Riviera. Kylian Mbappe was at the heart of it all, accumulating a total of 6 G/A, equally shared as goals and assists. The Frenchman scored a wonder goal to complete his hat-trick, which has the footballing world in awe.

Mbappe was already on a brace as the player scored a screamer from near the halfway line. The captain snatched the ball from a Gibraltar player before smashing it right over the goalkeeper and into the back of the net.

He caught Dayle Coleing off-guard, who watched in vain as he picked up the ball from his net for the 12th time on the night. Mbappe completed his hat-trick sublimely and celebrated emphatically following his third goal.

He faced the crowd and ran across the pitch, arms outstretched after he scored his 3rd and as France reached a goal tally of 12. The goal meant that Kylian Mbappe reached an unbelievable tally of 300 goals by the age of 24!

France demolished Gibraltar 14-0 at home!

Les Blues shocked the footballing world as Gibraltar were at the receiving end of a monumental thrashing at the Allianz Riviera. Kylian Mbappe made headlines as a total of 9 scorers took turns in a 14-0 demolition (10 including the own goal by Ethan Santos). The game was blown wide open when Jonathan Clauss’ cross was deflected into Gibraltar’s net by Ethan Santos.

Marcus Thuram quickly followed up with France’s second before Warren Zaïre-Emery scored to become France’s youngest goal scorer in over a century. Kylian Mbappe easily netted from the spot to initiate a sequence of 4 goals in 7 minutes. Subsequently, Mbappe teed up Jonathan Clauss to make it 5-0. Kingsley Coman and Youssouf Fofana added to their tally to make it 7-0 before half-time.

Adrien Rabiot opened the scoring in the second half before Kingsley Coman secured his brace. Substitute Ousmane Dembele and Kylian Mbappe scored back-to-back goals in the 73rd and 74th minutes of the game. The win meant that Gibraltar stay last in Group B and France stayed at the top, with 21 points from a possible 21.
