Laura Woods is a 36-year-old presenter working primarily for TNT Sports, ITV, and Amazon Prime Video. She was awarded the Presenter of the Year award by the Broadcast Sports Awards on Friday. The former Sky Sports and ITV presenter was celebrated for her efforts in covering the FIFA Men’s and Women’s World Cup, in December 2022 and July 2023 respectively.
English football can boast several stunning reporters and TV correspondents. From TNT Sports’ all-female line-up to BT Sport and ITV, stunning female reporters have stolen the show in recent times. Thierry Henry and Kate Abdo have been another ‘work couple’ that has gone viral on social media. The Broadcast Sports Awards recognizes prominent reporters and professionals in the broadcasting profession.

The English reporter beat her ITV colleagues Ed Chamberlain and Mark Pougatch, who lead Racing and Rugby respectively. Following the award, Woods took to social media, showing off her award and stunning outfit. She was wearing a black cut-out dress, revealing her toned abs.

The 36-year-old English reporter has been synonymous with Football coverage in the UK. Laura Woods, the recipient of the 2023 Presenter of the Year Award has a close history with English Football. Woods studied print journalism at Kingston University. After starting her career with Sky Sports, Woods migrated to ITV and most recently, to TNT Sports.

Woods began her career as a runner for Sky Sports. Working her way up through the ranks, she eventually earned a feature in the 2016 Euros. Two years later, Woods was presenting regular pitch side games for Sky Sports, often alongside football pundit Gary Neville. Laura left Sky in 2022 before joining DAZN for a year. Finally, in 2023, she signed with TNT Sports.
Laura is now the head reporter for TNT in their Champions League coverage. She was also the pitch side reporter during the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup. The report is a devout Arsenal fan and has announced her allegiance to the club multiple times, in interviews and during television coverage. She is currently dating Love Island fame and fitness coach Adam Collard.
