David de Gea has taken an interest in social media as he keeps netizens buzzing with his quirky tweets and posts. Following his departure from Manchester United, the Spaniard has taken to social media, posting tweets and hilarious comments in the past few weeks. His most recent tweet has football Twitter on its toes, as he looped in Cristiano Ronaldo under a post featuring Sergio Aguero and Lionel Messi.

KRÜ Esports, earlier announced that Lionel Messi has become co-owner alongside his former International teammate Sergio Aguero. The World Cup winner has taken his “baby steps” into the world of eSports as David de Gea came up with a witty comment under a post featuring the Argentine duo.

Sergio Aguero, a long-time friend and international teammate of Messi has been no stranger to the gaming scene, as the player took to streaming and online gaming right after his forced retirement due to heart issues.

In a 2-minute 30-second long video, Agüero went through the story of his company, from its initiation to its current position as a force to be reckoned with in eSports. He describes KRÜ as a place where people sharing a similar passion can get together and stay together. The eSports team focuses on Valorant, having both male and female teams for tournaments.

They have special teams for League of Legends, FIFA, and Rocket League. Additionally, he mentioned there’s more on the horizon. Then, he mentioned he’s no longer the owner of KRÜ. Suddenly, the camera showed Lionel Messi, who said, “Let’s play,” as he turned to his laptop. Fans eagerly await Messi’s first stream with the company.
