Liverpool’s performance in 2022-23 season so far
Liverpool’s team under the coach Jurgen Klopp had been having a shaky start to this season’s EPL campaign. In the 5 matches completed they had taken only 8 points out of the possible 15. They have been finding it difficult to get to the beast mode that they had in the previous seasons. Their midfield has not been at its best this season.
After top midfielders Henderson, Thiago, and Naby Keita sustained injuries, Liverpool was vulnerable. They have had trouble replacing them and were speculated to sign a number of top midfielders during the summer transfer window. From this window, they have now added three midfielders: Fabio Carvalho, Calvin Ramsay, and Arthur Melo. Fans are eager to see how these signings will affect the game.
