In a recent interview, former Barcelona player Luis Suarez made strong retirement claims which included his former teammates Lionel Messi and Neymar Jr. The trio were inseparable during their time together with the Blaugrana. They formed one of the most feared trifecta of football as MSN before Neymar made his way to join Paris Saint Germain.
Luis Suarez in the interview made it clear that he and Lionel Messi will retire together. The Uruguayan in the interview further discussed his thoughts on the Brazilian superstar as well.
The player in the interview was also asked about his reunion with Lionel Messi in the MLS. But Luis Suarez slammed all the rumors regarding his move to the Major League Soccer and told, “This is false, it is impossible. I am very happy at Gremio and I have a contract until 2023.”
Luis Suarez has clearly stated his plans to retire from football with his teammates Messi and Neymar. And also expressed his urge to play with the two players in the same club since they left Barcelona no clubs have been able to sign the trio of Suarez, Neymar, and Messi.
The Uruguayan player in the interview told, “We also agreed about it with Neymar. We hope to spend the last days of our career in the same club. Purely enjoy the joy of football and plan football as we like and retire together. I don’t know about Neymar, but Messi and I will be there together.”
Luis Suarez played 258 games with Lionel Messi and combined 99 goals whereas with Neymar the Uruguayan player appeared in 124 games and combined 40 goals.

The former Real Madrid player David Beckham in a recent interview praised Lionel Messi for his decision to play for Inter Miami. The English player also referred to Messi as a great player in the interview.
David Beckham told, “It has to be Messi. He is a great person, but I think what everybody loves about him is the way he plays the game. He plays the game with passion, he plays the game… just free. I think this past World Cup again, the way he played for his country and to win that World Cup is an incredible moment for him and I love watching players like him.”
However, Messi has not yet signed with the club in an interview he told, “I decided to go to Miami. I still haven’t closed it 100% and some things are missing but well we decided to continue the journey there.”
The Argentine player could make his first appearance for the club in the match against Cruz Azul in the Leagues Cup and could play his first MLS match against Charlotte FC on August 21.
