Manchester City have released a club statement on Pep Guardiola that the 52-year-old manager has been suffering from back-related problems and has flown to Barcelona for treatment. Currently rehabilitating, Man City’s assistant manager Juan Manuel Lillo will take over the first team’s coaching.
Pep Guardiola’s tactics have won him several trophies over his rather short career. The integration of his tactics in Barcelona and Bayern, many believe, played a huge role in their national team’s success.
