Even though things weren’t the same a few months ago, Rasmus Hojlund is now the one who Manchester United fans look to when they need a goal. The 21-year-old was brought in from Atalanta in the summer for £72 million and in spite of initial struggles, is now the record holder for youngest player to score in six consecutive games!

From Sean Millis to internet trolls and criticism, Højlund’s start to life in England wasn’t easy. It was only fitting that the youngster finally shut those up who were making fun of him. As of now, the No.11 has scored 12 goals and set up another two in all competitions. His involvement was crucial in Man United’s 4-3 win over Liverpool in the FA Cup on Sunday as well.

There, I thought. Finally! It was great to shut people up. Of course it bothered me that people were talking about this Premier League goal that hadn't been scored. But no one was talking about how I was top scorer in the UCL at that time. So, it was even nicer to change that 0 to 1.

United take on Chelsea, Liverpool and Newcastle United in their next five games and Hojlund will be crucial to their success in the games to follow.

Real Madrid interested in Manchester United star according to reports

Alejandro Garnacho‘s significance to Erik ten Hag‘s Red Devils is no secret. The Argentine youngster has cemented a spot in Ten Hag’s starting line-up, with his performances of late giving every reason for the Dutch manager to keep doing so. The 19-year-old is a force to reckon with on the pitch, with Liverpool being on the receiving end of his brilliance on Sunday night in the FA Cup.

Amidst all the buzz surrounding his sudden ascent in the United pecking order, there are reports that Real Madrid have taken notice of the player. The Spanish giants are interested to bring the player to the Santiago Bernabeu, that too, within the next two seasons. This, however, will be no easy task as he has put pen to paper on a contract that keeps him at Old Trafford till 2028.

United’s new owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe is all for developing young talents like Garnacho and making United the ‘best in the world’. Therefore, the Los Blancos will have to pay good money if they plan on bringing the United No.17 to Real. However, Garnacho’s idol is Cristiano Ronaldo and he may not be able to refuse if Real Madrid come knocking. The Al-Nassr No.7 joined Real from United in 2009.
