Mason Greenwood was spotted exiting a supermarket weeks after getting acquitted of the s*xual harassment and manipulation charges on Wednesday. He was accompanied by, what looked like, Harriet Robinson, who brought the charges against the player. 

Earlier this month, the Crown Prosecution ruled that the allegations against the former Manchester United forward have been withdrawn after a key witness in the case forfeited their name. This resulted in Greenwood getting out of the investigation which resulted in the ruining of the image of the youngster.

In the video, which was posted on the popular platform TikTok and was later taken down, Mason Greenwood was seen walking out of the Waitrose outlet late at night when the person shot the video. Greenwood was followed by Robinson as they went on to get inside their car.

Despite their legal battle, the duo have been seen together on multiple occasions in recent times. Some people closer to the matter have also claimed that the two have repaired their relationship and are living together again. 

What Happened With Mason Greenwood 

Earlier in January 2022, Robinson posted a video of herself bleeding on social media which resulted in the involvement of local law enforcement. Greenwood was taken into custody and a complaint was lodged against him accusing him of s*xual harassment and toxic manipulation. The incident had a devastating domino effect on the life and career of the youngster. Manchester United immediately distanced itself from the player by terminating the contract. Nike also decided to not endorse Greenwood as a ‘Nike Athlete’.

After the announcement of the news, Manchester United announced that the club will conduct its investigation and will not bring the striker back just because the prosecution has withdrawn its case. The Manchester United Women’s team is strictly against the return of the player to the club premises. 

There have also been reports that the youngster who was touted for greatness from a very young age, was considering moving to China to restart his career. Recently, it has come to the front that Greenwood has been in touch with some of the players on the team.
