Social media is saddened by the passing of Luana Andrade, a 29-year-old Brazilian influencer. The internet sensation was known for her work in TV shows such as Power Couple 6, Domino Legal and for her peppy posts and stories on Instagram. She had over 500K followers and was also the founder of her clothing brand, ‘LUKAND’.

As per reports, the young influencer tragically passed away due to complications from a surgery. Her last social media post shows her in her gym, with the caption “At my favorite place in sp.” Following her passing, numerous celebrities offered their condolences and expressed their sorrow. Brazil International and Al-Hilal player Neymar Jr. also offered his condolences to his departed friend.

The player took to Instagram, penning a long message for his departed friend. Neymar wrote that it’s very sad, with two tragic pieces of news. He informed that Bruna Biancardi‘s (the player’s partner) parents were attacked or robbed at gunpoint. However, Neymar reassured that her parents were unharmed. Secondly, he wrote about the tragic passing of his friend.

“Secondly, the death of friend,” read Neymar’s Instagram story. The footballer also offered his condolences to her family. In a heartfelt message to his departed friend, Neymar said that may God receive her with open arms. The Sao Luiz hospital issued a statement that Andrade’s cause of death was “pulmonary embolism.”

Neymar’s partner and newborn evade a kidnapping attempt

As posted by Neymar Jr.’s partner on Instagram, the 29-year-old’s parents were subject to an armed robbery at their residence in Sao Paulo. The Al-Hilal star’s partner and newborn, however, were not at the scene during the robbery attempt. It is understood that the parents, who are 50 and 52 years old and were at home, were tied up by the robbers.

The robbers were forced to flee the scene when neighbors noticed suspicious activity in their compound. The Sao Paulo police informed that a 20-year-old was caught in the act, while another has already been identified. The police said that efforts are underway to identify the third as well as arrest them. The 20-year-old suspect was found to be a resident of the building where the Biancardis reside.

Following the incident, Bruna Biancardi took to Instagram, penning a heartfelt message. She said that material things are recovered, but the important thing is that everyone is okay and that the people responsible are being found. The robbers stole watches, purses and other jewelry items that they could find. The Brazil international is currently recovering from knee surgery.
