A Brazilian supporter has decided to leave the Brazilian striker Neymar Jr. everything he owns. While others would have second thoughts about giving everything to a wealthy athlete, one unnamed supporter is adamant that Neymar is worthy of the gift. He has written a will to that effect, the property he leaves behind is about 200 million euros worth.

The supporter, who spoke with the local media outlet Metropoles, revealed a strong bond with Neymar that goes beyond a love for the national team and Brazil’s football history.

I admire Neymar and strongly connect with him. I have also experienced defamation, and like him, I prioritize family. The bond he shares with his father reminds me of my own relationship with my late father.
A Brazilian fan to the press

The 30-year-old admirer realized he had no one who would be a good fit to inherit his possessions in light of his precarious health. He expressed reluctance to hand over his belongings to the government or his distant family, with whom he had troubled relations. Despite prior failures to directly transfer his riches to the Brazilian, he sought comfort in the formality of writing it in a will.
