Cristiano Ronaldo’s performance against Ghana in the 2014 World Cup won Rihanna over. Portugal was one of the front-runners to win the World Cup, but they were eliminated in the group-stage games.

When Ronaldo scored a goal against Ghana, Rihanna expressed her joy on Twitter. There were rumors of Rihanna and Ronaldo dating, but Ronaldo was actually seeing Irina Shayk at that time. Portugal was in a difficult group with the USA, Germany, and Ghana; hence they could not advance. After winning only one of their three games, they were eliminated in the group stages.

Despite his many accolades, Ronaldo has never taken home the world cup. His contract was terminated following the turmoil at Manchester United. He left United and is now playing for Al Nassr.

Cristiano Ronaldo set a new record after scoring against Al Wehda. Ronaldo just relocated to Al Nassr after his contract with Manchester United was mutually ended following the infamous interview with Piers Morgan.

Ronaldo scored four goals against Al Wehda, totalling his tally of 500 goals in Europe with various teams. Ronaldo began his career with Sporting Lisbon, where he scored three goals, before moving on to major teams such as Manchester United, Real Madrid, and Juventus, where he scored 495 goals in total. Ronaldo has several records, including being the all-time top scorer in Portugal, the all-time leading scorer in the Champions League, and many more.

Al Nassr currently leads the league on goal difference, but they will seek to extend their advantage over Al Ittihad. Ronaldo and his teammates will turn their attention to the upcoming match against Al Taawoun next week.
