Since reports of her breakup first appeared in the newspapers, Shakira has largely shied away from the spotlight and, more specifically, the paparazzi. The children and Colombian artist Shakira were seen together at the Cabo beaches in a purple swimsuit.

Paparazzi at the Cabo San Lucas airport also took photos of the Colombian diva, her boys, and her brother. The area’s smaller, more exclusive airport, where most of the private planes land, is located here.

Shakira made her first appearance after announcing her divorce from Gerard Pique. Specifically, the Colombian singer attended a baseball game in Los Angeles on July 27 and was photographed after the game with Los Angeles Dodgers players, a team supported by her sons, Milan and Sasha.

In the photos, we see her smiling, although there is a slight embarrassment in her look and posture, as this was her first official public appearance with her children after the revelation of Gerard Pique’s infidelity.

Prosecutors in Spain said on Friday that they would seek a prison sentence of more than eight years for Popstar Shakira after she rejected a plea deal over tax evasion allegations.

Prosecutors in Barcelona will also seek a fine of nearly 24 million euros ($24.5 million) from the 45-year-old “Hips Don’t Lie” singer, accusing her of defrauding 14.5 million euros from the Spanish tax office between 2012 and 2014.

Shakira, who has sold over 60 million albums, rejected a plea deal on Wednesday, saying she was “absolutely certain of her innocence” and had decided to go to court, “confident” that her innocence would be proven. A formal referral to court has yet to be announced, and no trial date has been set.
