The Premier League pre-season & the UCL Final are to be held in the USA

UCL final might take place in New York

Micah Richards while speaking with Jamie Carragher and Thierry Henry, wholeheartedly supported the agenda of conducting the UEFA Champions League final in the USA, New York. The player fully supported the fact and advertised it while Carragher disagreed and said that Liverpool has the Super Bowl.

Conducting the Champions League final in a city like New York, and the Premier League pre-season could be a really interesting one to see as the people there don’t have much idea about European football, and it’s the pinnacle competition in that category that is being talked about.

In a new city where European football hasn’t been introduced and where ‘Rugby’ is played in the place of football, it is quite likely to not get a certain level of engagement that the UEFA authorities would expect but certainly would promote the sport in a city where the sport like just another game where a ball is involved.
