Although Liverpool is one of the teams vying to recruit the Frenchman, PSG has other plans and only wants to sell him to them. Mbappe’s desire to sign with Real Madrid, though, raises the possibility of yet another protracted transfer controversy.
Mbappe has scored 11 goals in 12 competitive games so far this season for PSG. The three attackers have been instrumental in PSG’s success so far this season, and the striker has undoubtedly been able to improve his offensive relationship with Lionel Messi and Neymar. The probable loss of Mbappe would be devastating for Les Parisiens, who also run the risk of losing Messi in 2023.
