According to Foot Mercato, Juventus FC striker Dusan Vlahovic is prepared to sign a five-year contract, which would see him earn €11 million per year. PSG ultras do not want him at the club and have issued a chilling warning against his joining. The PSG ultras held up a banner expressing their protest outside Parc des Princes.

The message reads, “If you come to Paris, we will cut off your three fingers.” The banner appears to be related to the “three-finger salute” gesture made by Vlahovic during international duty. This gesture, also known as the Serbian salute, involves raising the thumb, index, and middle fingers.

A photo of Vlahovic making this gesture has been circulating, and he can be seen wearing a shirt with Kosovo depicted as part of Serbia. Earlier in the summer, the PSG ultras made it clear that they did not welcome Lucas Hernandez to the Parc des Princes. The player was close to joining the French club from Bayern Munich. The fans’ discontent stemmed from his connections to rival Marseille, where he was born during his father Jean-Francois’ playing days.

According to a report in Marca, it allegedly refers to a sign that Vlahovic had displayed with three fingers while posing for a photo playing with the Serbian national team. This is said to refer to ‘Serbian supremacy over Kosovo’ and ‘could also mean a greeting made by a Serbian guerrilla of unification’. However, as per Sky Sport via JuventusNews24, the Bianconeri are yet to receive a concrete offer for the Serbian striker.

The player was also part of the Bayern team that defeated PSG. He irked the fans during his celebration. However, despite the protest, the former Atletico Madrid player remained undeterred and completed his move to PSG in a £34 million deal.

Hernandez reassured the fans that he would dedicate himself fully to the club, stating, “The fans will see I will give everything for the club.” The club’s passionate supporters have a very intense and complex relationship with their high-profile players. They have expressed dissatisfaction with other star players like Lionel Messi, Kylian Mbappe, and Neymar.
