Real Madrid’s manager Carlo Ancelotti prioritizes Champions League final over Kylian Mbappe transfer saga

The Kylian Mbappé transfer saga has dominated the headlines again this week but Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti has refused to discuss PSG striker Kylian Mbappe as of now. Carlos Ancelotti spoke to the media on Thursday afternoon, ahead of Real Madrid’s Friday night LaLiga Santander clash against Real Betis.
Although many of the questions in the press conference were about the Champions League final and Kylian Mbappe, the Real Madrid boss choose not to answer Madrid’s pursuit of Mbappe but focus on the big game on May 28.
Ancelotti said, “The fans don’t ask me about that because I don’t go down the street. I spend my time in Valdebebas, in the car, and at home. Every now and then I go to a restaurant. Everyone asks me for something for the final, everyone is focused on Paris. Today, Real Madrid is excited about the Champions League final. We all think about the 14th,” said Ancelotti.
“I understand everything. This does not change our idea and our goal. The ambiance is very good. We are going to prepare the game to the fullest with maximum enthusiasm. Everything that is spoken to us does not affect us. We are focused and happy. We look forward to the match. I don’t consider the Mbappé issue, now what I consider is the Champions League final. I am very calm,” added the Italian manager.
The UEFA Champions League final 2021-22 will be played between Liverpool and Real Madrid

The world is going to witness one of the most exciting matches of the season as two of the monsters of football will lock horns in Paris for the final of the UCL 2021/22. Real Madrid and Liverpool are this year’s finalists as they advance to the final by beating Manchester City and Villarreal respectively in the semifinal.
Real Madrid made an epic comeback against Guardiola’s side in the second leg after being 5-3 down on aggregate to pull out a late drama and reach the final for the 17th time. Liverpool led Villarreal 2-0 in the first leg but Villarreal pulled a comeback but wasn’t enough to stop Klopps’ boys as they made it to their third final in five years.
