Real Madrid not planning to bid for Kylian Mbappe in summer transfer window

Florentino Perez answered the truth regarding the rumors about Kylian Mbappe to Real Madrid.

Recently according to many reports, Real Madrid was speculating to secure the deal and bring the young star Kylian Mbappe to Santiago Bernabeu. This news is trending and has been in the headlines for a couple of days now.

Many Madrid fans are happy by this news as they would get to see the transfer that didn’t happen in the previous summer transfer window. But the president of the club has passed a statement that will make many Madrid fans sad.

Recently in an interview, Florentino Perez answered to all the rumors regarding Kylian Mbappe to Real Madrid. He told that bringing Mbappe to the club was difficult in this transfer window but this topic can be reopened in the next transfer window.

Florentino Perez quoted, “Real Madrid going for Kylian Mbappé is difficult this year, he could be a topic again for next summer.” As this statement has been a little disappointing for the Madrid fans but Perez in the statement has also given hope to the fans that the club might go for Mbappe next year.

As per many reports, Mbappe also wants to leave PSG as he doesn’t see himself winning the Champions League with the current club in the future. And also thinks that he would not fit into the club’s plan in the future. With Messi leaving this year, Neymar is ready to leave the club in this or the next few seasons. It is possible that Mbappe would also leave the club in the coming future and might join the Whites.

Why did Madrid not sign Mbappe in this transfer window?

Real Madrid doesn’t require Kylian Mbappe right now. Because the duo of Karim Benzema and Vinicius Jr is working great. The club certainly does not need a striker or a winger right now. The reason Madrid signed Jude Bellingham is because next season Toni Kroos and Luka Modric will certainly not get contract extensions and he would come as a replacement for one of those players.

If in 2024 Benzema gets a contract extension which is a little doubtful but if he gets. Then too Madrid will not go for Mbappe even in the next season. The club will till then not sign the player if it doesn’t feel his services are required.

And also fans and the higher-ups of Madrid are happy with the performance of Vini Jr and bringing Mbappe without any reason would be a little odd both for the clubs and players.
