The rivalry between Real Madrid and FC Barcelona is one of the most fierce in world football. Recently, an incident was reported that flamed the fire between the two clubs. Adria Diaz was employed as the coach of the Juvenil C Under-17 side. However, Real are set to force Diaz out of the club. The coach had earlier sent an open ‘thankyou’ letter to his former employer, FC Barcelona. In it, he thanked the club for its support. Moreover, he expressed his affection for the Blaugrana. He was with the Catalans for a period of 3 years, from 2016 to 2019.
Real Madrid claim that Diaz is leaving on his own accord. He is set to join as an analyst for Leganes on his own accord. However, sources suggest that the letter is in fact the major cause for his dismissal. Moreover, Real Madrid will also pay the remainder of his salary as he is set to leave the club after just 3 months. Diaz labelled FC Barcelona “the club of my dreams“.
