Real Madrid players were seen dancing in celebration after their win against Barcelona. The Los Blancos defeated the Blaugrana 4-1 on aggregate to progress to the Copa Del Rey final.
Barcelona were outclassed in every aspect as Real Madrid humiliated the Catalan club on their home turf. This was their second El Clasico win this season as they won 3-1 in their first meeting in La Liga in October 2022.
The first leg of the Copa Del Rey semifinal ended 1-0 in Barcelona’s favor as Eder Militao scored an own goal at the Santiago Bernabeu. However, it was not the case in the return tie.
Vinicius Junior opened the scoring for the Madrid-based side in first-half stoppage time. The second half saw Karim Benzema start his onslaught as he scored a hat-trick in 30 minutes to put the tie to bed.

Carlo Ancelotti reacts to Real Madrid’s win over Barcelona
Carlo Ancelotti was delighted with his side’s performance as Real Madrid humiliated Barcelona at Camp Nou. Goals from Vinicius Junior and Karim Benzema saw the Los Blancos progress to the Copa Del Rey final where they would face Osasuna.
Speaking about the victory, Ancelotti stated: “We played a great game, and it was a deserved result. We did very well in the second half, in a very difficult game. When we had the opportunity, we created danger in transitions.”
Stressing on individual performances, he stated: “We delivered on everything, both offensively and defensively. Vinicius has complied, he scored and Benzema has also returned. Today, he has been as decisive as he always is.”
Real Madrid progressed to their first Copa Del Rey final in nine years. The penultimate game is set to be played on May 6 where the Los Blancos face Osasuna.
