Real Madrid and Osasuna face off in the Copa del Rey final at the Estadio de La Cartuja stadium. Madrid is looking to compete for their 20th title in the competition their last triumph dating back to 2014. Osasuna on the other hand has never won any major trophy and a win would create history.
Los Blancos, being heavyweights of the competition will hope to grab their first silverware of the season. The Madrid outfit has been severely underwhelming in La Liga given their inconsistent form and exposed defense. They are now 13 points of league leaders Barcelona and any hopes of a comeback is over.
Osasuna has been a surprise package in the competition defeating the likes of Real Betis and teams placed further above them in the Spanish top flight. Despite being only 10th in La Liga, they have enjoyed some brilliant football this campaign combined with experienced players and youngster talents.

Real Madrid has won 19 titles in the competition so far with their final win lasting over a decade. Given their campaign this season, a triumph in the final is crucial if they are to hope for any silverware this season given the fact Barcelona is dominating La Liga and their recent run of form makes Manchester City the heavy favorites in their upcoming UCL semifinals clash.
As for Osasuna, they have been brilliant given their status with their player Kike being the top scorer of the competition and Roberto Torres being one of the top assist providers. Osasuna, who have never won a major trophy in their 103-year history, look to break their duck in the Copa del Rey final against the mighty Real Madrid which will be a huge achievement for the club and there won’t be any lack of celebrations.

Real Madrid and Osasuna are set to start similar lineups despite recent displays. Vinicius Jr and Eduardo Cmavinga are back from suspensions and might start the match. Carlo Ancelotti is unlikely to drop his star-studded duo of Karim Benzema and Vinicius Junior who has delivered this campaign despite recent showings.
