Fede Valverde already has been formally reported by Álex Baena after his aggression to the exit of the Bernabéu. Now, it will be the National Police the one who remit the case to the Commission of Antiviolence.
After a lot of controversies, Álex Baena has finally presented the complaint against Fede Valverde. His complaint was based on Fede’s aggression in the zone of buses of Santiago Bernabéu after the meeting between the Real Madrid and the Villarreal. The yellow submarine won by 2-3, leaving an ideal condition in LaLiga for the FC Barcelona.
Once received the formal indictment, the National Commission of Antiviolence will be the one who takes charge of the case. The Committee of Competition of the Real Spanish Federation of Football has not taken Baena’s letters on the subject. Although there is no assurance that this letter won’t be taken into account in the future with the case now handed over to the National Commission of Antiviolence.
In case everything goes south for Valverde then, he could remain suspended between two and four games. And in the function of gravity to apply the Law of the Sport, the penalty can go up to six months out of all sportive activity. Everything will depend on the next steps given by the Police.

Alex Baena reportedly issues a statement after being assaulted by Fede Valverde in the parking lot.
Villarreal’s Alex Baena has reportedly spoken out after allegedly being assaulted by Federico Valverde. He dismissed any allegations previously directed at him and condemned the threats towards his family. Baena admits his family have been subjected to death threats following an alleged incident with Real Madrid’s Federico Valverde.
The 21-year-old has reported the alleged clash to the police. He also submitted reports suggesting the pair came to blows after the match at the Bernabeu. The two players came face-to-face in the area where the team buses park. And Valverde allegedly threw a punch at Baena.
Baena was later seen with a bruised and swollen cheekbone. Baena and Valverde had clashed on the pitch during the 90 minutes with Valverde telling his opponent he would confront him after the match. Valverde’s frustration with Baena dates back to the time the two teams last met. During this Alex allegedly made a comment about the Uruguayan’s unborn son. Valverde and his partner had a miscarriage scare before their child was born in February.
Baena although denied making such comments. And he highlighted how no such evidence had ever been produced. He was now hoping that the authorities would deal with the matter. But claimed that his family may not recover from the threats they’ve faced.
Baena wrote on Instagram. His post read, “Last Saturday I was assaulted by a fellow professional after the match against Real Madrid. After the event, some statements allegedly made by his entourage came to light, in which it was said that I had wished for the death of a family member. Since then, there has been no evidence published to prove the allegations made against me. A tragedy was used to justify the aggression and there are lies that hurt more than the blows. The damage being done to my family is irreparable and unjustifiable: threats, insults and even private messages wishing death to my family. Yesterday I reported the case to the police. Let justice do its job. My only objective now is to focus on my profession and help my club to achieve its objectives.”
Villarreal had managed to secure a memorable win in the Spanish capital. They scored twice in the final 20 minutes. Samuel Chukwueze bagged the winner 10 minutes from time, which further dented Los Blancos title hopes as they slipped behind Barcelona.
