Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp could not keep his anger to himself after the match ended against Brighton. He looked utterly disappointed with the whole Liverpool squad. After today’s Premier League game, the German coach labeled the match as ‘the worst game’ he had witnessed during his time with the Merseyside club.

Brighton dismantled Liverpool in the second half of the Premier League game. Solly March and Danny Welbeck’s goals helped them in a cruising win as Liverpool dropped to the 8th spot in the league. “Bad. Really bad. I can’t remember a worse game. It was a very organized team against a not very organized team,” Klopp added.

“We need to be creative with the options we have. What I saw today from my team was that they were not really convinced by it. That’s it.” Jurgen Klopp was not happy after the full-time whistle. “I cannot stand here and say it didn’t happen. Of course, we have to be very concerned about it.” the Liverpool boss expressed.

The German manager looked apprehensive about this performance from his side at the Amex stadium. Evidently, he demands more from the team but fails to attain desirable results amidst an injury-ridden season. The Merseyside tyrants have already lost 6 games in the Premier League this season as well. Their hopes for silverware this season are remarkably fading as they seem already out of the title race.

Jurgen Klopp’s remarkable spell with Liverpool

The German manager joined Liverpool from Borussia Dortmund back in 2015. He has turned the situation around at Anfield as he produced one of the most deadly football teams on the planet. Jurgen Klopp won everything with the English club in the seven seasons that he has spent in the UK.

Things have been difficult for the veteran manager this season. His tactics seem to be failing as the football manager does not have the right players who fit into his system currently. Klopp signed prolific players like Mohamed Salah, Roberto Firmino, and Sadio Mane to create a super-squad from scratch.

In his seventh season with Liverpool, Jurgen Klopp is onto a shaky start to Liverpool’s campaign. The Reds are now struggling down in the eighth place in the table. It will be hard for Klopp’s side to compete for the top 4. Do you think Liverpool can end this disastrous form and finally get back to winning ways?
