“Is Vini her husband?” — Fans troll Barcelona striker Robert Lewandowski’s wife for completely WRONG prediction of the Supercopa final against Real Madrid

FC Barcelona were at the mercy of eternal rivals Real Madrid as the defending La Liga champions lost 4-1 on the night. The final of the Supercopa de España saw Vinicius Jr. hit a first-half hat-trick, Ronald Araujo pick up a red card, and Robert Lewandowski’s wife Anna Lewandowska fail at prediction ahead of the final. As Barcelona ended up losing 4-1, fans on social media have laughed at her prediction.
Barcelona saw themselves go two goals behind within the first ten minutes. A quick-fire brace from Vinicius Jr. meant that Barcelona would not recover from the two-goal deficit. Barcelona were out of their ‘element’ as the club had one goal to show for their efforts.
Coming back to Anna Lewandowska‘s ‘prediction’, she said,
Barcelona will win 3-1 against Real Madrid and my husband will score two goals.
Her calculations went ‘terribly’ wrong as Real Madrid lifted the trophy, that too by a three-goal margin. However, part of her prediction did come true, as her husband, Robert Lewandowski did in fact, score on the night.
However, his sublime volley was not enough to overcome a resolute Madrid side. Following the loss, fans have taken to Twitter, as trolls have started to pour in, mainly to mock Lewandowska’s ‘prediction’.

FC Barcelona were no match for Real Madrid in the Spanish Super Cup final. The Los Blancos brushed aside their rivals, as Vinicius Jr. bagged a hat-trick and Rodrygo Goes finished off ten-man Barcelona. Fans did not forget about Robert Lewandowski’s wife’s bold prediction before the game and flooded comments with trolls aimed at Barcelona #9. A fan corrected her prediction, saying that Lewandowski will miss two big open chances rather than score them.
Others appreciated the player’s partner for her optimism and support of the striker. However, the ‘humiliating’ loss called for harsh criticism. A comment mentioned how she was not aware of Vinicius Jr. before the game, and hence, the prediction. Another laughed at her after the result, asking whether she had married Vini Jr. and not Lewandowski. Several others laughed at how her comment had aged poorly.
Lewandowski’s ‘poor’ form as of late has forced fans to rethink what made his partner so confident of him scoring a brace. Many even asked what she was ‘smoking’ to make such claims. Certain supporters spammed images of Vinicius Jr. laughing and celebrating during yesterday’s match. Pictures of the trophy celebration were also dropped as Real Madrid lifted their 13th Supercopa title.
