Newcastle United‘s latest star signing Sandro Tonali who moved in a big money transfer from AC Milan has been the recent recipient of this not-so-coveted list.

The Italian midfielder had a good start to life in Newcastle. He put in massive shifts for the club and impressed the fans with his work rate and tackles. However, he has now put almost everyone associated with him in a complex situation as he has been found guilty of Illegal betting on the sport.

The £55m player had admitted to betting on games he played in Italy which signifies he needed professional help in order to deal with the situation. His situation has however not been left lightly by the decision committees that have led the investigation.

The 23-year-old Sandro Tonali is set to miss the remainder of the season and also the Euro 2024 potentially. However, his lawyers are in line to challenge the decision and find a faster solution to get him to return to football faster but it could also serve as a much-needed break for him to look upon and bounce out of the bitter habit of betting.
