Gerard Pique and Shakira’s custody battle is tipping in the favour of the Columbian singer who asked her lawyers to submit a new document that claims that her children are suffering mental harassment due to their father’s recent activities in Barcelona.
The 45-year-old is moving to Miami and wants to take her children Sasha and Milan permanently with her. Pique has been living quite the bachelor’s life since his separation from the Columbian singer and has been on the newspaper quite often for partying and clubbing.

A source revealed that Shakira‘s latest document to Pique says, “It is the perfect city(Miami) to go unnoticed and away from the press. Your children could lead a more peaceful life there. Besides, they have great friends there. And that’s what she wants. May this separation not harm your children.”
The duo are also reportedly under the pressure of their parents to reconcile and settle their differences for the sake of their children. However, Shakira is adamant about moving to Miami while Pique is set to stay in Barcelona as he plays for the Blaugrana.
As of now, the singer’s lawyers are contending that the mental harassment that their children are suffering is all the fault of Pique who has been in the headlines for all the wrong reasons. Earlier reports also suggested that Pique has acknowledged the effect his separation from Shakira has had on his children.
As a result, it is likely that Pique would be forced to cave into the Columbian’s demands. The player is currently in the United States on a preseason tour with Barcelona but has not been in touch with Shakira who is residing in Miami.
