Shakira ‘forced’ to move out of Barcelona home after Gerard Pique’s father sent her an eviction notice: Reports

Following the split up between Shakira and Gerard Pique, the Colombian singer was allegedly handed an “eviction notice” by her father-in-law to leave the ex-couple’s family home in the Catalan Capital. Shakira has left Barcelona, the city she lived in for the past 12 years to move to Miami. According to recent reports, the singer was handed a notice to leave the house via an email, by Gerard Pique’s father, Joan Pique.
The email demanded that the singer depart the family’s house by the end of the previous month, or provide “compensation charges”. Shakira offered an Instagram statement in explanation of her move, waving goodbye to Barcelona. The statement read, “I settled in Barcelona to give my children stability, the same we are now looking for in another corner of the world next to family, friends and the sea.”
“Today we start a new chapter in the pursuit of their happiness.” It continued, “Thank you to everyone who surfed alongside me so many waves there in Barcelona, the city where I learned that friendship is certainly longer than love.” The ‘Waka Waka’ singer ended the post with a quote from her father, “For you, just a see you later, and as my father said so many times, see you around the curves!”
The Colombian singer is set to start a fresh life on a new continent, with her two children, Sasha and Milan moving to Miami, where she will hope to rejuvenate her career as a pop star. The diss track collection on Pique has surely given her a very good headstart to do so.

Pique has heard “diss track” directed at him and new girlfriend Clara Chia

Gerard Pique has recently revealed that he has heard the “diss track” made by ex-partner Shakira, that targets him and his new girlfriend. In an interview with radio station RAC1, the former Blaugrana defender discloses, “Yes, obviously (I’ve heard it).” He continued, “I don’t want to talk about it – I don’t think I should talk about it.”
The Spaniard explains that he wants to uphold his responsibility to his children as their father firstly, “We have a responsibility, those of us who are parents must protect our children. Everyone makes their own decisions. I don’t feel like talking anymore. I just want my children to be well… I’ve always had a close relationship with my children.”
Shakira released the tune “Bzrp Music Sessions, Vol. 53”, alongside Argentine DJ, Bizarrap. According to the Colombian singer was a way of getting rid of the pain that she received following her split with her ex-partner Gerard Pique.
