This is not the first time that Sir Alex Ferguson dismissed Spurs’ title hopes. Back in 2009, Ferguson had famously labeled Spurs as minnows while making the iconic ‘Lads, it’s Tottenham’ team-talk, ahead of a match between Manchester United and Tottenham.
