Things have taken a hopeful turn for Manchester United. Lifelong supporter and billionaire Sir Jim Ratcliffe has completed the purchase of a 25% minority stake in the club. The deal was valued at £1.2 Billion. It signifies Ratcliffe’s influence on the club’s sporting and commercial aspects.

Ratcliffe has immediately announced the injunction of over $300 million in the club. They will be for infrastructural development and providing best-of-the-world services at Carrington and Old Trafford. The Premier League is set to approve the move in the coming week. An exciting period starts for the Manchester United supporters on the dawn of a new year.
